Year 12 Economics students had the extraordinary opportunity to meet Michele Bullock, Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia, in an enlightening Q&A session where Michele shared her wisdom on all thing's economics and female leadership.

During the session, students asked insightful questions, including what Michele has found to be the most challenging aspect of her role as the first female Governor of the RBA. Her candid and honest reflections offered students a rare glimpse into the complexities of leading Australia's Reserve Bank, especially in times of economic uncertainty and change.

Students were also provided the opportunity to share their own thoughts and responses on the change in household wealth over the past five years, drawing on their classroom learning linking theory with current economic realities. Their confidence and curiosity were a credit to their preparation and passion for Economics.

Year 11 Economics students tuned in online on Campus, not missing out on the fun. To top off the experience, students enjoyed an up-close and personal photo opportunity with Mrs Bullock. A memorable experience for our Economic students.
