A Fitting Farewell to the Class of 2025

Week 1 marked a memorable and emotional send-off for our Year 12 students as they wrapped up their final days on campus. The week was filled with celebration, gratitude, and reflection.

Thursday morning began with a special breakfast, giving students the opportunity to thank their Homeroom teachers for their guidance and support throughout their senior years. This was followed by our Final Assembly, where Head Girl Madison Naish and Deputy Head Girl Eva Macdonald delivered a heartfelt farewell speech. In a touching tradition, Year 7 students formed a guard of honour, symbolically seeing the Year 12s out just as they had welcomed them at the start of the year.

The afternoon continued with more fun and celebration as our Year 11s and staff lit up the stage with lively dance performances, bringing joy and laughter to the entire College community.

On Friday, each house gathered to reflect on the unique journeys of our graduating students, celebrating their growth, friendships, and achievements. That evening, a beautiful Mass and Graduation Ceremony at St Mary’s Cathedral honoured the cohort’s accomplishments.

The week concluded with Presentation Night, a formal yet heartfelt event that included the final roll call of our Year 12s. Academic and special awards were presented, recognising students who had gone above and beyond in their contributions to the College. It was a fitting end to a week that celebrated not just accomplishments, but character, community, and spirit.

As we say goodbye to our Year 12s, we carry forward the memories of their laughter, leadership, and legacy. Their time at the College has left an indelible mark, and we wish them every success as they step into the next chapter of their lives.
